There are:

- Fish terrine with asparagus and caroote

- Tomato mimosa

- Fresh garden salad with green beans, tomatoes, red onions and heart leaf of romaine. Balsamic vinaigrette / honey

- Carrot soup with orange and corriander

- Rice salad "Ile de ré"

- Teriyaki pork ribs cooked in low temperature
