Drawing on 25 years of experience aboard some of the world's most beautiful yachts, I learned to cook for discerning palates from all corners of the globe, exploring a wide range of world and traditional cuisines.
Today, from my kitchen in the Corbières, I put this know-how at the service of your events: buffets, Mediterranean cuisine and world flavours, family meals, communions, birthdays, business lunches or meals delivered for groups. Everything is homemade, with fresh produce.

A generous, colourful platter arranged in a rosette: wild salmon sushi and smoked salmon, cucumber and cream cheese maki, with pickled ginger in the centre. Perfect for a drinks reception, a cocktail party or any celebration.
